Trainings on Climate Change, organized for the representatives of the relevant public institutions and organizations, universities, civil society organizations and local governments within the scope of Enhancing Required Joint Efforts on Climate Action Project (İklimIN) carried out by Republic of Turkey Ministry of Environment and Urbanization within the framework of financial cooperation between European Union and Turkey, continues.
7th Training on Climate Change was held in Tokat between the dates of 24-26 July. The training was attended by representatives of relevant public institutions and organizations, development agencies, universities, non-governmental organizations and local governments in Tokat, as well as representatives from Yozgat and Amasya. Participants received extensive training on subjects such as “Turkey’s Climate Policy”, “Green Infrastructure Solutions to Fight against Climate Change in Cities”, “Economic and Social Impacts of Climate-Based Disasters” and “Cities and Climate Change ” included in the Climate Modules Series produced and published within the scope of the project.
