Trainings on Climate Change, organized for the representatives of the relevant public institutions and organizations, universities, civil society organizations and local governments within the scope of Enhancing Required Joint Efforts on Climate Action Project (İklimIN) carried out by Republic of Turkey Ministry of Environment and Urbanization within the framework of financial cooperation between European Union and Turkey, continues.
9th Training on Climate Change was held in Tekirdağ between the dates of 27-29 August. The training was attended by representatives of relevant public institutions and organizations, development agencies, universities, non-governmental organizations and local governments in Tekirdağ, as well as representatives from Edirne and Kırklareli. Participants had comprehensive trainings on subjects such as “The Place of Climate Change in Ecological Systems”, “International Extent, Legal and Corporate Structure in Fight against Climate Change”, “Economic, Social and Ecological Justice in Fight against Climate Change”, “Effects of Climate Change on Human Health”, “The Place of Energy Policies in Fight Against Climate Change” and “Interaction between Climate Change and Agriculture in Turkey” included in the Series of Climate Modules produced and printed within the scope of the project.
